The umpteenth fucker from Australia

I have just been offered the umpteenth lazy job, a position in Perth as a receptionist at a backpackers hostel in town..huge step back for me but who cares about prestige... right.. ...?.
I was looking for some wwoofing there,  emailed the manager about it, and the guy offered me a job instead  without me even having to ask.  Low pay,  high hours.. what the fuck, again,  who cares as long as you can stay and work legally .. right?
He wanted to have a look on my resume first. He wanted The Reference!!! WOW I thought . This is serious.
Few seconds after receiving my details he was already calling me on my cell in NZ (I am not a kiwi.. just traveling here.. of course,  what else could anyone do in NZ.. no jobs, no the slightest possibility of acquiring the legal right to apply for any.. What a change of pace .. ah?!)... (btw he forgot to dial the international codes at first.. Imagine that.. what a genius!!.. "WWWHHHYYY TH-TH-THE NUM-NUM-NUMBER YOU GAVE DOESN'T WORKKK!!K-K@@" he emailed me).
He spent two days on calling me, describing the contract he (his company I guess) was going to offer and the future prospectives with the company.  All that a right-after-puberty-college-boy-with-zero-experience and a huge inferiority complex should be expecting  to be offered but, again, who cares right, it is still gold for any foreigners looking for the possibility to acquire a PR .

I was happy.
Already thinking of my life in the city. House hunting at first, saving some money here and there..
Then on his last call there was a sentence that struck me out.
He said: .. "well then, you think about it  as long as you want and let me know OK?!"
I thought .. "as long as I want??" and what about the visa?... It would take at least a month only to do that.. I thought he wanted me to start immediately..
So I had to say something.  Not a good idea to ask straightforward so I tried to get to the point through a little inference.
"I have no real questions regarding the details of my contract.  As far as I am concerned  I can start immediately.  It all depends on how speedy you would be with my visa"..


BaaaDDDDD!!

He was shoked.  He replied : "Why??  Don't you have it already??"

HOW AND WHY SHOULD I??

You are the one offering me a job.
There was no ad, no basic requirements to follow to start with, and you knew  (giving for granted that he could read English.. the fellow is an aussie so.. and that he read the resume that stated my nationality and current visa status!!!!).

Plus, again and again:

If someone had already a visa he or she would already have a job for it. They go together. Can't be otherwise.  

And if not (hence applying for one or being offered one)  well then there would be no chances of having a Working Visa already.  It is just not possible.

So he says that the company can't sponsor visas.

How so??  Is that illegal for australian companies??  Is your company illegitimate?? Are you from planet X-fuck perhaps?  When employers are not entitled to hire ???

He didn't even read my CV! Someone else did for him and passed my contact details to the fucker from HR that didn't even know whom he was dealing with.

So I told him.

"Well mate, you obviously didn't read my resume, otherwise you would know that I am a lawyer (a legal consultant outside my country) and a former senior manager and that I have very well present in mind all the ins and outs about hiring foreigners.
YOUR COMPANY CAN AND SHOULD PROVIDE A VISA.  Quite easily too,  mate.  You do not refer to any skills shortage lists or need to be assessed like we do.    Just have to fill in a couple of  forms, a letter of employment stating that my abilities are above the average (in your region or country)  (..btw, I happen to speak 5 languages besides English so .. you do the math) and provide the minimum salary indicated by law.

And that's the problem, isn't it?
The minimum.  Your company is not willing to pay me that.  They never will.
It is easier for them to find an idiot  (under 30 or 28..) with a working Holiday Visa to take advantage of.

So I saluted the poor bastard and said goodbye to the umpteenth episode of dishonesty and unethical behaviour displayed by those fuckers.

Fuck IMMIGRATION in Australia! And fuck your stupid lying country too!

Your bureaucrats are still advertising immigration as an easy-to-go-through process when it's not. Telling people that they need them there! They need professional bachelor's level immigrants to feel their vacancies. Tha's what they say.

Well it is all a fucking pile of bullshits.

Yeah, vacancies as genitors, miners, cleaners, garbage men, all the jobs their redneck freemasons fuckers don't want to do anymore.

They want foreigners to pay those fuckers from immigration experts (the only new slice of market they could come up with)to fuck with your life and your money and give nothing in return. Not even a formal apology.

The truth to be told and UNDERSTOOD here is that countries like Australia (NZ, Canada, US..) will always lie on immigration issues. They can't openly deny entry to anyone without a non- solid ground and so they built up a labyrinth of bureaucratical obstacles with a non-possible-to-win-situation (and Aussies know it well).

They are scum. The all country is.

They are just protecting their own economy, maintaining the facade of a good-guy-open-minded-folk who is too busy piling up the money coming from the millions of tourists visiting every year to tell everyone else the truth.
